The Housing Ombudsman is calling for social housing residents to take part in a new survey. 

The call for evidence has been issued to support their latest systemic report, which will look at the communications and relationships between residents and their landlords.

We are reminding customers about the importance of responsible pet ownership. 

We recognise the positive impact that pets can have on their owners’ lives, but you need to ensure that your pets don’t cause any issues for you and your community. 

Parent & toddler group receives funding boost from Homes Plus 

Children are benefitting from new toys and play equipment thanks to a donation from our Homes Plus My Community Fund.    

We awarded £1,000 to Featherstone Parent & Toddler Group to help fund new toys and furniture.
