Getting started
Step one
Download the free Housing Perks app on your smartphone.
The app is called ‘Housing Perks’ and features the blue arrow logo.
Step two
Create your account by selecting ‘Homes Plus’ as your housing association and entering your unique ID.
- If you live in South Staffordshire, this is your account reference.
- If you live in Stafford, this is your payment reference.
- If you live in Shropshire, this is your tenancy reference.
These can be located on your tenancy agreement, annual rent change letter or on your My Homes Plus online account.
Step three
Start using the app to save at supermarkets and other shops!

Yes, this is allowed most of the time. You can check the terms and conditions of your voucher for any exceptions.
If I have a £20 voucher and I spend £18, do I lose £2?
No. When you purchase a voucher you can use it as many times as you like until it’s empty.
How long does a voucher last?
It is important to check the expiry date on a voucher when you receive it. It’s usually 2 years, but can be anywhere between 3 months and 5 years.
My voucher isn’t scanning when I try to redeem it in store. What’s wrong?
Make sure to turn the screen on your phone up to full brightness. If your screen is damaged you may need to print the voucher out.
