- If you are a Homes Plus tenant and have been approved for a transfer move, we have contacted you directly to ask you to register on our new lettings system.
- If you have an urgent housing need, please contact your local council for advice and support.
- If you are interested in a Homes Plus home in South Staffordshire or Stafford, please visit our ‘Homes Available Now’ page. Here you will find homes that are ready to let immediately, as well as any waiting lists open for applications. Please see more information about applying below.
- You can also sign up to property alerts by using our ‘Save a search’ feature to be notified if homes matching your criteria become available. Simply choose your preferred property type and location, and the system will automatically email you if a matching home becomes available.
