- pay and check your rent online
- update your details
- view upcoming appointments
- raise a complaint
- report anti-social behaviour
- report a non-emergency repair
Please note: If you were previously a tenant of severnside housing, you will need to register a new My Homes Plus account.
It’s quick to get set up and we’ll send a code to verify your details, once your account is verified, you can make payments online.
You will still be able to make payments by telephone, PayPoint or Direct Debit.
