Our Neighbourhood teams are managed by Kevin Davies (Head of service). There are two Neighbourhood teams in, one in Staffordshire and Shropshire who manage initial reports of ASB as well as safeguarding, tenancy issues and estate management. Each team has a Neighbourhood manager and is made up of Neighbourhood officers, Estate impact officers and Coordinators.
This service also includes our Community safety team which covers Staffordshire and Shropshire. This team is managed by Julie Harvey. Working in partnership with local councils, the police and other agencies, the team work to improve community safety by reducing incidents of anti-social behaviour (ASB) on local estates and supporting our customers who may be experiencing ASB.
