As well as being a trusted provider of affordable homes and care services, we’re here to do more for our customers, offering free and confidential services like employment and money advice as well as support and investment for our neighbourhoods.

If you are struggling with your bills or finding it hard to manage your household budget, please talk to us. Our expert advisors are here to help and are all ready to support you if you need to boost your job prospects.

If you are feeling distressed and urgently need to talk to someone in confidence, please call the Samaritans who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

If you are concerned about someone else, please encourage them to do the same or report your concerns to your local safeguarding team – further details can be found here.

Have you heard of the Healthy Start scheme?

If you’re more than 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under 4, you may be entitled to get help to buy healthy food and milk.

If you’re eligible, you’ll be sent a Healthy Start card with money on it that you can use in some UK shops.
