Just so you know, our phone number won’t be changing and you’ll still be able to chat with Chatticus, the Homes Plus chatbot, online.

What improvements will I start to see?

By improving our systems, we will become more efficient and responsive to the needs of our customers, deliver better services and improve our customers’ experience.

Will I still be able to contact you in the future if I can’t use digital services?

Yes, we want you to contact us in the way that suits you best. You can continue to call our customer service team and you should notice that it is quicker and easier to talk to us, with fewer steps to take to reach the person you need to speak to. You can also pop into one of our Community Hubs and we’ll help you get online.
