Warning to potential fly tippers as tenant must pay more than £500  

A tenant must pay more than £500 after rubbish was found dumped outside a block of flats.

The pile of abandoned furniture and household waste was left next to bins outside of the flats, in Stafford, and we were able to prove that it belonged to the tenant.
