The Housing Ombudsman scheme is calling for evidence on noise complaints.
As members of this scheme, we have been asked to share this information to ensure that you have the opportunity for your voice to be heard.
The call for evidence has been issued to support their next systemic investigation which will look at noise complaints and how reports of these are managed by social landlords. This will enable the Ombudsman to make recommendations and share best practice across the sector – helping landlords to develop services and improve the experience of residents.
