2022-23 Annual report
In a year when we celebrated the first anniversary of the launch of Homes Plus, we set out to show how we brought our values to life.
Our involved customers helped us prepare this report. They told us that they wanted to see more contributions from staff and tenants as well as some comparisons of this year’s results against the achievements of last year. We are very grateful for the ideas provided by these customers and to those who took part in the My Voice videos recorded as part of this year’s digital report.
In a year when we experienced a cost-of-living crisis and rising energy bills, we helped even more grass roots projects in our communities. We supported foodbanks, guided thousands of customers experiencing money worries and provided employment for local people.
We are developing more ways of engaging with our customers, using new technologies and responsive customer services to ensure we can hear your views and opinions and make sure every contact counts.
