Housing Plus Group and Staffordshire County Council are working in partnership to develop a site located between Swinburne Close and Rowley Hall Drive, Stafford.
Under the proposals, four existing apartments owned by Homes Plus, who are part of Housing Plus Group, would be demolished. This would create a new access way into the adjoining site, where it is proposed that 32 new homes and a care home for up to 60 residents, will be built.
The proposed new homes for affordable rent and shared ownership include two and three bedroom houses and bungalows.
This important development will provide much needed, high-quality, affordable homes in Stafford.
