Important changes to the way we allocate homes in Stafford & South Staffordshire

What you need to do  

• If you are a Homes Plus tenant and have been approved for a transfer move, we have contacted you directly to ask you to register on our new lettings system.  

• If you believe you have an urgent need to move, please contact your local council. 

• If you are interested in a Homes Plus home in South Staffordshire or Stafford, please visit our ‘Homes Available Now’ page. Here you will find homes that are ready to let immediately, as well as any waiting lists open for applications. 

• You can also use our ‘Save a search’ feature to be notified if homes matching your criteria become available. Simply choose your preferred property type and location, and the system will automatically email you if a matching home becomes available.
