
This week we published our latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) for the first time as combined organisation following our merger with The Wrekin Housing Group.
TSMs are a way for customers to understand how well their landlord is performing in key areas such as repairs, safety and complaints.
It is our responsibility to make sure our homes are safe for our customers. To achieve this, we conduct regular gas servicing, fire safety checks and checks in our communal areas. We are pleased that 85 per cent of our customers say they feel safe in their home and 80 per cent say their home is well maintained.
We worked with customers last year to review the property maintenance service we offer, including the targets we set for works to be completed. By doing this we hope to create and deliver a service that better meets our customers’ needs.
We spoke to our customer Annie, in Stafford, after completing a rewire at her property. We always try our best to minimise disruption for our customers and to make electrical sockets as accessible as we can, within building regulations.
