
After identifying some ASB in one of our communities, in Stafford, we increased our presence in the area so that we could be more visible and provide a more proactive response to the issues that customers were experiencing.
The six-month focus saw our Neighbourhood Officer, Linzy, do more to get to know our customers in the area, by holding drop-in surgeries, carrying out walkabouts and checking in with new customers to see how they were getting on. It provided an opportunity for residents to get to know Linzy, share their concerns and even take part in organised litter-picks to help promote a sense of community and pride in where they live.
Linzy also helped customers to report repairs, identify damp and mould issues and worked closely with local agencies and partners to help support customers through the cost-of-living crisis by showing them what benefits and grants they could be entitled to.
Thanks to Linzy’s hard work, customers felt more supported and welcomed the opportunities to speak directly to a member of the team and the chance to work together to help create a place they are proud to call home.
